Whatever

I went to see The Year One today with my buddy Pete and his wife, Elisabeth (with an S), and their son Jimmy. I love the cast and had been looking forward to seeing it but upon it’s release the poor reviews started rolling in. We ventured forth anyway, risking the loss of 7 whole dollars apiece.

I have to say that I still enjoyed the movie. It won’t have to start planning any post-Oscar awards parties or anything that’s for sure but did the flick entertain me? Yes, yes it did. Perhaps that reflects more on my low-brow sense of humor than the quality of the picture but to that I say, “So what??!!?”.
